"Super Finishing 2 disc SFD2", exclusive patented product, is a versatile abrasive used in the manual and machine sanding of many surfaces.
The granules of silicon carbide linked to a glued cloth to a tear of sponge.

This combination ensures a smooth pressure on the support adapting to any surface.
"Super Finishing 2 disc SFD2" is a long  abrasive, its flexible structure makes it ideal for sanding of profiled surfaces, corners and edges.

The granules of silicon carbide uniformly stuck to the cloth through a special resin ensure a consistent cut, minimizing the risk of imperfections.

"Super Finishing 2 disc SFD2" can  be used for both  dry sanding that wet.
Large and intermediate grains are recommended for the preparation and finishing before painting compounds, funds, primers and enamels.
The finer grits can be used to finish details of primers and opaque bases, for the preparation of surfaces that must be  gradated to reduce the orange
peel effect on paints and on transparent  before polishing.

Application

Use on orbital sanders with a device of suction in the manufacture of automotive,
airs or boats. The "Super Finishing 2 disc SFD2" is suitable for finishing and pre-polishing of gelcoat, SMC, plastic reinforced in  glass (gro) lakes.

The greater grits are recommended for the preparation of composite surfaces, the thin  sanding of the surfaces before the end of the base and of enamel finish.
The "Super Finishing 2 disc SFD2" has an homogeneous cut on  angled surfaces and edges, and minimizes the risk of leaving the signs of pressure.

The "Super Finishing 2 disc SFD2"  is  especially suitable for use in automotive and marine industry. The flexible cloth allows both  water and air to pass freely, enabling the use of the "Super Finishing 2 disc SFD2" both wet and dry,  machine or manually.
